Well first we make our bagels the traditional way . . .
All Bagels are Original New York Style Kettle Boiled Bagels. Bagel making is a tradition that dates back four (4) generations (approx.) 80 years for the owners of “N.Y.C. Bagel Deli”. Quality tasting Bagels are derived from a multitude of factors such as:

1. “Boiling” the bagel prior to baking.

2. Having a true “old style” NEW YORK recipe. (80 years in perfecting)

3. Proper timing in rising of the dough.
   (very important)

4. The water itself is a major factor in the
   taste of a bagel.

To insure the proper taste a water purification filtration system has been installed to match the water properties of New York City. Along with the “Quality Bagel”, “N.Y.C. Bagel Deli” will take pride in the unique flavors of cream cheese from Plain C.C. to Scallion-Veggie-Strawberry-Jalapeno and of course Lox & C.C. spreads. Honey Walnut & Artichoke Parmasian C.C.’s are also available.
