Well first we make our bagels the traditional way . . .

1. “Boiling” the bagel prior to baking.

2. Having a true “old style” NEW YORK recipe. (80 years in perfecting)

3. Proper timing in rising of the dough.

To insure the proper taste a water purification filtration system has been installed to match the water properties of New York City. Along with the “Quality Bagel”, “N.Y.C.
